A 19-year-old in Wisconsin was sentenced to 15 years behind bars after police say he used Facebook to con male classmates into sending him naked pictures and then blackmailing them for sex.
Anthony Stancl posed as a female on the popular social site and convinced 31 of his male counterparts to send him naked photos.

When he eventually revealed himself as a man he then threatened to show the pictures to other classmates if the boys refused to perform sex acts on him.

At least seven of the boys age 15 to 17 felt forced to perform the lewd acts on Stancl which he sometimes recorded.

When he was arrested police found 300 photos and movie clips of the boys on his computer.

Back in June 2009 Nike brought to us the Nike Dunk “Planet Of The Apes” designed by sneaker customizer Chrisco. Little did we know at the time but those were just the kicker to what is known as the Marvel Mash-Up, a collection of custom sneakers inspired by a variety of Marvel Comics. After debuting the first pair we are now pleased to present you Vol. 2 of the Marvel Mash-Up by Chrisco.

For volume 2 Chrisco went with a Nike Dunk Low carrying a theme inspired by none other then Dr. Bruce Banner, also known as the Incredible Hulk. As the story goes Bruce Banner was accidentally exposed to a test detonation of a gamma bomb he invented which has caused him at times, usually when he gets mad, to involuntarily transform into the green, raging giant known as the Hulk. For his Hulk inspired Dunks Chrisco started off with a pair of White on White Low’s and painted the tongue, toe box, mid-panel and ankle panel all Green to match the Hulk’s body color. Purple denim with rugged edges was then fastened around the frontal, heel, and on the lace panels to present the Hulk’s ripped purple pants from the Marvel Comic series. Black felt was then stitched up on the Nike Swoosh and on the heel tab which includes “HULK” in Green embroidery, and a Marvel Comics logo was then worked onto a pair of tongue tags for the sneakers. The upper itself is no doubt a well executed design but what really helps wraps up these customs for me is the sole swap Chrisco did taking the sole unit from a pair of Earthquake Nike Dunks and incorporating it onto the Dunk Low to bring forth the cracked rock/cement pattern that the Incredible Hulk is usually associated with.

Before there was Destiny’s ChildTLC or En VogueSalt-N-Peppa was busy shaking things up in the 80s.

So many of the colorful trends these ladies rocked in their heyday have been resurrected over and over, from gaudy “doorknocker” earrings to retro Reebok high tops and acid wash jeans.

Coming from Queens, New York, Salt-N-Pepa first broke out on the scene in 1985 and became the best selling female rap act. Their bold, unapologetic sound sold over 15 million albums worldwide, and six of their single releases have been certified either platinum or gold in America.

As with many musical groups, Cheryl James “Salt”, Sandra Denton “Pepa” and Dee Dee Roper “Spinderella” usually kept their outfits coordinating, from matching gold rope chains, interesting headgear, shoulder pads and more.

Although the group officially broke up in 2002, the fly ladies can’t seem to stay far away from each other.

They came together for their VH1’s Salt-N-Pepa show in 2007, during which Salt and Pepa chronicled working through past issues, getting back together and gearing up to hit the recording studio. Spinderella also made several appearances on the show.

Since then, the Salt-N-Pepa trio has hit the stage once again performing hits like “Whatta Man”, “Push It” and “Let’s Talk About Sex”, with their first UK show in 15 years coming up next month. They are reportedly recording a new album set to release sometime in 2010.

Check out this retro video of Salt-N-Pepa in action:

Wow, yesterday was a long and very tough day. I did the usual routine of spending countless hours on the computer, Half of the time of which I spent doing my homework that was due later during the day. I procrasinated the past week doing nothing so I had to work twice as hard to hand it in on time. The concept of the homework was ANTI- Tobacco. I had to make an AD describing why cigarettes are no good. I spend I dont know how many hours thinking about what i was going to do. Finally I came up with this. Let me know what you think.

#2. As you've probably heard me blabber over and over about my clothing line that I'm about to launch in the upcoming weeks, well I've also been doing alot of research on how I can improve my brand later on and help it to be more likable. I know it's too early to think bout such things because you guys already love me =), but I went ahead and I read couple of blogs and saw lots and lots of great designers out there. Some of which that only started a year or so ago. Im happy to say that they are doing quite well as new comers. This all helped because they stayed true to their brand. This is something I thought I keep in mind before I officially open the doors to what I have to offer. Until then I'll keep the drawing pad close by and allow the ideas to follow through..TTYL!!!!
